The course starts at any time when you like and you'll keep it forever.

You can keep the course ceaselessly and research them each time you want. It would not matter if you don't end in thirty days - you can do it later.

There's a brief video and an exercise on daily basis, plus evaluations. You may need about fifteen or twenty minutes.

It is a brief course, but it is not organised into thirty days. As an alternative, there are eight sections.
